Limited Warranty

JH Custom Performance Rods provides a non-transferrable one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.  With the original invoice/proof of purchase provided, we will be happy to promptly replace your rod (at our discretion).

 

If JH Custom Performance Rods no longer offers that particular rod model, we will replace it with a comparable product that we determine is the closest to your original model and is of equal value from our existing product line.

 

To start the process, email us at:  jhcustomperformancerods@yahoo.com providing pictures of your fishing rod and a description of what happened. 

 

This limited warranty only covers damage to the rod resulting from a non-conformity in material or workmanship.  Damage caused by misuse, abuse or tampering with the rod by other than normal use of the rod is not covered.
